All new members are subject to a $35 startup fee, and $45 for families. Members who terminate and do not renew for more than 90 days (3 months) are subject to a $20 restart fee, and $30 for families. Freeze your membership for $10 per month. Account balances that are 10 days overdue will incur a $15 late fee.
