Monthly membership requires a $15 start-up fee. Memberships can be frozen for $8/ month and reactivated without a start-up fee. Memberships cancelled within six months of activation will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, there is no fee to cancel after 6 months. Membership runs until cancelled
