Unlimited monthly freezes are $8/month for individuals and $12/month for families. Prepaid yearly memberships are not eligible for monthly freezes. **Family Monthly EFT memberships includes adult couples, youth siblings, or parent & youth, all residing at the same address. 3rd family member must be 18 years old or younger.
